You’ve got 14 playful days from when your goodies arrive to request a return! For a smooth return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original perfect condition

Packaged safely in its original box or wrapping

Paired with your receipt or proof of purchase

Visit our “Contact Us” page to begin your return journey! If approved, we’ll send you our return address and simple next steps.
Friendly reminders:
• Return shipping costs are on you (we don’t cover these).
• Never surprise us with unannounced returns—items sent without approval can’t be accepted.
Return Shipping Rules
• You cover all return shipping fees (these are non-refundable).
• If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
• Shipping high-value items (over $100)? Use tracking or insurance! We can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
• Exchange delivery times vary based on your location.

Free Promotional Items
Returning a paid item from a promotional order?
• The free gift must be returned too (unused and intact).
• No gift return = no refund for your order.
• Can’t return the gift? We’ll deduct its full value from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Need the same item swapped? Message us via “Contact Us”—we’ll guide you!
Gift Returns

Purchased as a gift + shipped to you? You’ll get a gift credit! After we receive the return, we’ll mail your gift certificate.

Not marked as a gift? We refund the original buyer (your gift-giver)—and they’ll be notified. No secrets here!
